The programme is offered by ACP Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society Limited (ACP MPCSL) in collaboration with Grassroots Business Connections Limited.

Who Can Apply?

This programme is primarily designed for commercial drivers who own their vehicles.

Drivers who do not own the vehicle may also participate, provided the application is countersigned by the vehicle owner.

Other business owners whose operations depend on fuel and who can comfortably meet the daily repayment terms may also be considered.

Programme Benefits

Participants enjoy two complementary financial services that operate together.

1. Fuel and Vehicle Maintenance Support

Access immediate financial support for fuel purchases or vehicle maintenance without upfront payment.

Features

• Access up to ₦50,000 per funding slot.

• Use the funds to purchase fuel or carry out essential vehicle repairs.

• Repay ₦5,000 per day for 11 days, making a total repayment of ₦55,000, inclusive of the service charge.

• Once a funding slot has been fully repaid, participants automatically qualify for a new funding slot.

• A default fee of ₦500 per day applies to overdue repayments.

This facility is designed to help drivers remain operational while maintaining a healthy cash flow.

2. Smart Weekly Savings Plan

Alongside the fuel support facility, participants build savings through structured weekly contributions.

Membership

Participation in the programme requires membership of ACP Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society Limited (ACP MPCSL).

Membership Registration Fee: ₦7,500

For applicants who do not have the registration fee immediately available, the fee may be deducted from the first approved fuel support facility, allowing them to participate without delay.
